We had a client that passed away in Dallas in the early morning hours. I called Michelle at East Texas Mortuary and asked if she would make the removal, embalm and transport to us. Without hesitation she said yes. They (East Texas Mortuary) did the job we asked for and delivered the decedent to our funeral home in a timely matter. Great job to Michelle and her team.

Michelle and her staff are simply the BEST!!! Professional, compassionate and some of the most experienced embalmers around!! Their attention to detail is unmatched.

Our firm reached out to ETMS for an extensive restoration job, the skill and knowledge was impressive; the overall result was pleasing, and provided a grieving family an opportunity to have closure.
